Justin Lowenthal is a real estate problem-solver with a creative approach to complex deal-making and high-pressure dispute resolution. That said, client service is the true cornerstone of our practice. As a client, Justin seeks to make you feel like the only person in the room, even if you’re in a crowd of many. Justin has been a Yolo County real estate attorney and broker since 2010. He is the sole shareholder and principal attorney with Lowenthal APC and the sole shareholder and Managing Broker with Lowenthal Realty Co. Justin’s practice serves clients in a variety of real estate matters, particularly residential, in Davis, Woodland, Winters, around Yolo County, and throughout Northern California. His work often involves nuanced contracts and agreements, real estate options and sales, real estate fraud, such as seller non-disclosure and concealment, title defects, construction contracts and disputes, rural property and farmland
issues, real estate broker (fiduciary duty) disputes, neighbor disputes (e.g., easements, boundary lines and encroachments, etc.), partnerships and LLC’s, group investments and joint venture developments. Outside of his personal practice, Justin served as General Counsel for the Davis Chamber of Commerce and as a member of the Yolo County Assessment Appeals Board.

A native “Davisite,” Justin resides in Davis with his wife and children, and has spent his career advising and representing clients in the Davis area, some of whom he has known since he was a child. In his free time, Justin enjoys music, spending time with the kids, and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, both as a student and a coach for young children.
